The Gawad Alumni aims to give tribute to DLSL Alumni who embody the Lasallian ideals of faith, service, and communion in mission and to formally acknowledge his/her valuable contribution to the community at the local, regional, national or international levels.
This award seeks from each awardee the noble traits of Blessed Br. Arnould of having compassion for the poor, provides unselfish and dedicated service to his community, highly regards the importance of education, lives by his Christian values and has fervent faith in God.
Blessed Brother Arnould Jules-Nicolas Rèche Distinguished Alumni Awards, a.k.a. Gawad Alumni is De La Salle Lipa's annual award established to share the Lasallian charism and recognize the outstanding personal and professional achievements and contributions of all graduates of De La Salle Lipa. This award gives acknowledgement to the invaluable impact made by an awardee to his/her community.
An alumnus/alumna or group of alumni can be nominated under the different categories such as
(1) Business, Commerce, Agriculture, (2) Church Involvement, Community Service, Social Responsibility,
(3) Government and Public service, (4) Education or Research, (5) Science, Technology and Engineering,
(6) Sports and Culture. A maximum of seven (7) alumni can be awarded per year regardless of number
of nomination for each category."
